By booking services with Valle Cleaning Services, you agree to the following:

Scheduling 
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed in advance.

​

Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

​

Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

​

Access to Property
Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time.

​

Service Limitations
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed prior to cleaning.

​

Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.
